Megan Motto is one of Australia’s most respected leaders in governance, policy and organisational strategy. With over 25 years of experience, including as CEO of the Governance Institute of Australia and Consult Australia, Megan has a track record of leading complex institutional change, shaping national policy conversations, and helping organisations modernise from the inside out.

A trusted voice on governance, risk, and reform, Megan has advised government departments, chaired national committees, and served on the boards of Business NSW, Standards Australia and CEDA. She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute, the Chartered Governance Institute, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As part of Codex’s Strategic Counsel, Megan provides advice on high-stakes reform environments and complex organisational change, bringing not just experience, but character, clarity, and a fierce commitment to public-purpose strategy.
